Amanda Boyce (B.A.,LL.B.) is a Senior Legal Practitioner of Groom & Lavers working out of both the Oakey & Toowoomba offices.

Amanda grew up in the Jondaryan area before moving to Brisbane to further her education. She returned to Toowoomba nearing the end of her university studies to undertake Articles of Clerkship with Bernays Lawyers in Toowoomba. Amanda was admitted as a Solicitor following her graduation from the University of Queensland in 1994.

She has subsequently worked in various small firms across regional areas in southern Queensland. She commenced work with Groom & Lavers in 2006 and has now been with the firm for more than 19 years. Amanda has now been serving her community as a Solicitor for more than 30 years something of which she is very proud.

Community & Family

Amanda and her husband Michael live in Toowoomba. They have three children, William, Nicholas and Rosemary, all of whom have now left school and are on their own personal journeys.

Amanda has previously held office with the Oakey Community Kindergarten, Biddeston State School, TGS Volleyball Committee and the Toowoomba Anglican School’s Board of Trustees. She continues to give back to the community through her support of various charitable institutions in the local area.
